By being part of the campaign to end plastic pollution we can all have cleaner streets, oceans and communities. \u00a0The idea of the campaign is to avoid single-use items where possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UnXVU-06ciI?controls=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Approximately 40% of the plastic waste is made up of single-use plastic items. And almost 9 million tons of plastic waste ends up in the World\u2019s oceans which endangers wildlife, pollutes the water, and puts human health at risk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Plastic Free July is a key initiative of the Plastic Free Foundation. The foundation an independent, not-for-profit organisation, was established in 2017.
