And this weekend, it\u2019s an extra long four-day weekend in the UK because of Easter. However, this probably isn\u2019t going to be your usual bank holiday weekend.<\/p>\n<p>With restrictions still in place on going out and seeing people, you might be at a loose end as to what to do. But with the weather looking reasonably good, it\u2019s definitely worth getting out and making the most of your daily exercise allowance \u2013 even if it\u2019s just a short walk around the block.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you venture outside, your weekend workout doesn\u2019t have to stop there. If you\u2019re looking for something else to do to fill your time, then why not try some yoga?<\/p>\n<h3>What is Yoga?<\/h3>\n<p>If like me, you\u2019ve never tried yoga before, then now could be the perfect time to give it a go. It\u2019s an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost both your physical and mental wellbeing; which we could all do with looking after during these unprecedented times.<\/p>\n<p>The main components of yoga are postures and breathing. But if like me, you\u2019ve no idea where to begin, you\u2019ll be pleased to hear I\u2019ve found some home workouts to try.<\/p>\n<p>Below are just a few to get you going; there\u2019s even some more advanced workouts for those more familiar with yoga.<\/p>\n<h4>1.
