With an additional location joining the portfolio in the next quarter. We\u2019re delighted to announce that Aventicum have instructed us to complete a refurbishment programme across these locations. And with much of this refurbishment work scheduled to be completed in time for the 2021\/22 academic year, students moving into (or returning to) these locations in September can expect a completely new look.<br \/>\nWe recognise that student accommodation is much more than just a bedroom and a place to sleep, it&#8217;s your home and should feel like one. The refurbishment programme will provide students living at these locations with a more comfortable, stylish, and social place to live than ever before.
